The Way You Work

You’re highly experienced in the management of large or multiple accounts and coordinate internal and external teams with ease. You bridge communication between your team and third parties effortlessly to ensure processes are followed and standards are upheld. You’re a natural leader and confidently make smart, efficient decisions to keep projects on track, and you maintain strong relationships with your team and your clients.

Responsibilities
Customer + Account Servicing You’re the point of contact for project coordination on your assigned accounts, managing client relations and keeping communication flowing between all involved parties. As the project lead, you ensure Debner’s core values are upheld in all project activities. Project + Work Order Management You manage projects by overseeing work orders, assigning team roles and responsibilities, planning target dates and providing weekly status reports to ensure deadlines are met. Sales Order Management You itemize product specifications to produce detailed, accurate quotes, develop contracts for services or major projects, and ensure responsible close of sale by obtaining signed orders and deposits. Quality + Customer Satisfaction You ensure Debner’s standards of performance are met in all activities by maintaining appropriate documentation and process for all account activities, along with managing cost and sell amounts per contract pricing and internal guidelines. Sales + Business Development You follow up with customers regularly to introduce new products and services, leveraging your expertise and internal research to identify account penetration opportunities and influence buying decisions or develop multiple revenue streams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, interior design, marketing or relevant field (preferred but not required) 5 or more years experience in a related position, preferably in a creative industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Cap 20/20, CET Designer, Team Design or CORE (preferred but not required)

Account Manager

The Way You Work

You oversee projects from start to finish to ensure seamless execution that meets Debner’s high standards for quality and service. You handle all project and daily work order activities, sales and marketing, and customer service for your assigned accounts, exhibiting great focus but shifting gears easily when needed. You’re ultra organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated, and you have strong leadership and communication skills.

Account Coordinator

You are a supportive team member who is dependable and efficient in fulfilling day-to-day responsibilities to work toward a long-term goal. Your team counts on you to pay extraordinary attention to detail and take a proactive approach to every project. You’re cool under pressure and your flair for problem solving comes in handy when unexpected issues arise.

Responsibilities
Sales Support You assist the sales team in developing customer-ready materials, obtaining product and finish samples, and creating project budgets and timelines. Organizational Interfacing You manage simultaneous competing deadlines to coordinate internal and external workflows, ensuring projects move smoothly from design to production and installation. Proactive Problem-Solving You anticipate obstacles and utilize resources available to overcome issues before they can become evident to the client. Quality + Customer Satisfaction You assist the sales team with daily activities as needed to meet any needs that may arise and maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, interior design, marketing or relevant field (preferred but not required) At least 2 years experience in a related position, preferably in a creative industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to obtain pricing information + generate accurate quotes Experience with Cap 20/20, CET Designer, Team Design or CORE (preferred but not required)
